On 11 April, 2012, at 1:32 pm Local time Maha Sambodhi Dharmasangha guruji took his Samayak Aahar and water. Samayak Ahar and water was offered by his assitant monk named Buddha.

The Maitreya Puja 2012 scheduled for 21th-25th of March has now been completed. Thousands of devotees participated in the prayers and received many daily blessings from Maha Sambodhi Dharma Sangha . More than 40 international devotees from over ten countries attended the event. Monks and nuns chanted the new prayers throughout the whole event. An extra day was extended to acknowledge the monks, and nuns,the hundreds of volunteers, and the international devotees, to whom kasha were offered by Maha Sambhodhi Dharma Sangha Himself. We would like to thank all the participants national / international devotees, volunteers, monks, nuns and all the local peoples who have helped make this event such a great successes.
